Cancellation Policy
Dear customer, as a service provider, we also understand that customers don’t like companies changing the people that comes to their homes – so to keep the same team we also needed to reconsider something (cancellation fee) that we always allowed and leave out our routines for the years before.
So in this way on 9/3/2024 we added to the company our new cancellation policy, after a few years, assuming all these payments made for all cancellations.
